March 3rd: Fair Housing/Lead Abatement/Smartgrowth. This training will cover three topics: Fair Housing, presented by Kim Ianelli, covering fair housing laws and regulations in Vermont; Lead Abatement, presented by VHCB's own Ron Rupp on the dangers, how to recognize and what to do with lead paint; SmartGrowth presented by Noelle Mackay of SmartGrowth Vermont, giving VCSP members insight on how to discourage sprawl. This training will take place in Montpelier at Vermont College/Union Institute & University. see the flier.
