01/17/11: MLK Day. VHCB AmeriCorps members participate in community projects. For more information and to post your MLK Day project please click here.

12/02/10: Cultural Competency Training. VHCB AmeriCorps' Cultural Competency training will be held at the Green Mountain Club in Waterbury Center. It will be an interactive event covering topics of diversity specific to Vermont.

11/30/10 or 12/01/10: CPR Certification. This optional training will certify attendees in CPR. There are two dates to choose from - November 30th in Burlington, and December 1st in White River Junction.

11/25/10 - 11/26/10: VHCB AmeriCorps Offices Closed.

09/20/10 - 09/21/10: VHCB AmeriCorps Pre-Service Orientation. VHCB AmeriCorps' two-day Pre-Service Orientation will be held at Vermont College of Fine Arts in Montpelier. For more information and directions see the flier and agenda.

10/06/10: VHCB AmeriCorps Ropes Course. VHCB AmeriCorps will be hosting a Ropes Course for all members on October 6th, in Brattleboro. This fun and exciting event is intended to bring members together to build relationships, network, and develop leadership and problem solving skills. The ropes course is challenge by choice. Please dress warmly in case of inclement weather, and bring a bagged lunch.
