Morristown Elementary School's Outdoor Adventure

My favorite part of my service is when I have a chance to get out and interact with the community. During this quarter I have been assisting with the after school programming. Following a lesson about animal tracks, the kindergartners engaged in a game of animal charades. One of them then approached me and said for the first time they explored their own backyard to find and watch the wildlife. Seeing a child discover the natural world around them is deeply gratifying.
